So my 3 1/2 year old brother got a new 3-wheeler for Christmas. He was riding it down the street minding his own business, and this cop on horse-back had been following him for awhile.
The cop pulls him over, he asks him, “Did Santa give you that new bike for Christmas son?”
My brother said with a smile on his face, “Yeah, he did.”

So the cop proceeded to write a ticket and said to my brother, “Next time why don’t you ask Santa to put some reflectors on the bike.” and handed him a ticket.

My brother sat there for a moment, looked at the horse and at the police officer, and then said, “Did Santa give you that horse for Christmas?”
Humoring him the cop said, “He sure did.”

So my brother said,
“Why don’t you ask Santa next year to give you a horse with a dick on the bottom instead of on the top.”
